How many tickets can I buy at once?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction. If you need more, you can place multiple orders. For group bookings of 20+, please contact us directly.
What do I need to bring to the stadium?
Bring your printed e-ticket or display it on your mobile device, along with a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before kick-off.
What are Hospitality Packages?
Hospitality packages combine premium match tickets with luxury hotel accommodation near the venue. These packages include VIP Category 1 seating, pre-match dining, and dedicated concierge service.

Travel packages are all-inclusive bundles that include round-trip flights, hotel accommodation, match tickets, and airport transfers. They're the easiest way to plan your complete World Cup experience.

What if the match is rescheduled?
If a match date or venue changes, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled fixture. We will notify you by email with updated match details as soon as the information is confirmed by FIFA.
