By accessing and using TerraceTickets (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All tickets sold on our platform are sourced from verified brokers and are guaranteed authentic for the specified match, date, and venue.

Ticket prices are listed in USD and are subject to change based on market conditions. The price at the time of checkout is the final price.

Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets. For group bookings exceeding 10 tickets, please contact our support team.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal Business accounts. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected PayPal payment method.

Prices displayed include all applicable fees. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Upon successful payment confirmation, e-tickets are automatically generated as PDF documents with unique QR codes and delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery typically occurs within 5-10 minutes. If you do not receive your tickets within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

E-tickets are non-transferable and must be presented with a valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket holder name.

Duplication, resale, or unauthorized distribution of e-tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in voided tickets without refund.

TerraceTickets acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with verified ticket brokers. While we guarantee ticket authenticity, we are not responsible for match cancellations, schedule changes, or venue modifications made by FIFA or organizing committees.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the tickets in question.
